So How Do You Lose Weight & Actually Keep it Off?

First, let me be clear.  It's not easy.  If any program or diet is trying to sell you on the idea that losing weight is easy.  They're lying.  If it was easy 65% of North America wouldn't be overweight or obese.


So, how do you actually lose weight and keep it off?  Obviously, it's not something I can sum up in a matter of a few paragraphs.  


But, you have to change the way you're trying to lose weight.  You need the process to match your real 

goal of feeling more comfortable and confident inside of your own body.  You have to start learning how to integrate in eating all your favourite foods.  You need a process that does cause you to feel deprived.
